Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.

• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.

• Foster a collaborative environment and promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

• Guide teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for increased efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and clear communication regarding project progress.

• Lead teams in delivering high-quality products and features, focusing on continuous delivery and improvement.

• Implement and refine Agile and Scrum practices to suit the organization’s needs.

• Support technical discussions and help bridge gaps between technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a product delivery or program management environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).

• Ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress.

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals in Agile methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience fostering collaboration within teams and across departments.

• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements.

• Product delivery focus, with a track record of delivering high-quality products and features.

• Technical background or strong understanding of technical concepts is beneficial.

• Leadership experience in guiding teams to deliver high-impact projects.
