We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Performance Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the lead generation strategy , aligning paid ad campaign management, email nurturing workflows, and website conversion optimization with business and sales objectives. Your expertise will generate qualified, high-quality leads that fuel business growth and sales pipeline success. Bringing a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, you will directly influence the growth trajectory of our company. This position is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and campaign optimization, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation Strategy & Ownership

  • Own and execute the Marketing inbound lead generation strategy , ensuring seamless integration with overarching business and sales department objectives.

  • Develop, refine, and oversee high-performing lead nurturing flows through paid ad campaigns, email marketing efforts, and conversion-focused website improvements.

  • Optimize the entire lead acquisition lifecycle to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and Opportunities, driving measurable results for sales enablement.

  • Craft and manage customer persona-driven strategies to engage, convert, and retain high-quality leads across the US and UK markets.

2. Paid Advertising Campaign Management (Essential)

  • Design, execute, and continuously improve data-driven paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.

  • Develop ad strategies to meet and exceed lead generation KPIs, such as CPL, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, while delivering an impactful return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining a relentless focus on lead quality.

3. Website Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels on the company website to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.

  • Test and improve landing pages, calls to action, and user experiences using A/B testing and analytics insights.

  • Ensure website design and messaging are tightly aligned with lead generation efforts and overall marketing strategies.

4. Email Nurturing & Campaign Integration

  • Develop and oversee an email marketing strategy to nurture leads and advance them through the sales pipeline.

  • Ensure ad campaigns and email workflows are interconnected and work cohesively to optimize lead movement through the funnel.

  • Measure email performance and improve conversion rates with segmentation, targeted messaging, and timely follow-up strategies.

5. Campaign Optimization & Strategy Alignment

  • Take a full-funnel approach to marketing; ensure strategies align with every stage of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).

  • Analyze lead flow bottlenecks, identify areas for opportunity, and implement strategies to improve conversion across the funnel.

  • Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to ensure lead handoffs are smooth, enabling them to meet pipeline and revenue goals.

6. Budget Management & Analytics Reporting

  • Manage marketing lead generation budgets to maximize growth and ROI , ensuring efficient and scalable allocation of resources across channels.

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to generate insightful performance reports and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Translate complex data into strategic insights that inform future lead generation priorities, enabling sales-marketing alignment and ongoing growth.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success scaling high-quality lead generation efforts (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) - essential

  • 1-2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a marketing or cross-functional team.

  • Experience in a Strategic Lead Generation role, with proven success. 

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is highly preferred but not essential.

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced knowledge of paid ad strategies , including campaign creation, optimization, and innovative audience targeting.

  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads via paid media, email nurturing, website CRO, and full-funnel optimization.

  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of lead generation fundamentals, marketing funnels , and conversion optimization strategies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data to inform actionable growth strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Proven success leading a high-performing team with a results-driven mindset.

  • Outstanding collaboration skills to align marketing strategies with sales priorities and cross-departmental objectives.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
